MATRIX v2 Product and Interface Design Recorded
Bilingual product architecture and glass-interface guidelines capture the final neutral palette, implementation entry points, and actual interface screenshots.
The AI Intelligence Project adds two documents: [MATRIX: From Material Changes to Ongoing Judgment](/projects/ai-intelligence/product-and-intelligence-design) and [Neutral Liquid Glass and Product Interface Guidelines](/projects/ai-intelligence/glass-interface-design). They cover the five navigation destinations, incremental reading, evidence and review loops, following and local state, shared glass materials, and a compact workspace layout. The final visual direction uses warm white, silver gray, and graphite, removing deep blue backgrounds and blue-purple glows. The interface guide includes actual light and dark screenshots and shared tokens for reuse. The overview, document directory, and bilingual navigation are updated together. This record is based on the local workspace on 2026-09-27; synchronizing the documentation does not establish that the MATRIX redesign is deployed. - Update
AI Intelligence Radar added as a Project
The Radar knowledge base and its read-only site join Derek Hub as a standalone Project, with the overview and mechanism documents published alongside.
AI Intelligence Radar joins this site as a standalone Project. The overview lays out the Events -> Signals -> Trends -> Decisions chain and the six core principles; the mechanism document expands on the incremental scan, checkpointing, deduplication and scoring, and the trend lifecycle.
